- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketplace strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives.
- Identify, attract, and onboard high-quality sellers across various apparel categories.
- Manage seller relationships and ensure compliance with platform policies and regulations.
- Develop and manage a curated product assortment that meets the needs and preferences of target customers.
- Optimize marketplace operations to ensure smooth onboarding, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and sales on the marketplace.
- Analyze marketplace data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, merchandising, operations, technology) to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
- Minimum (3+ years of experience for Ex-Myntra employee & 5+ years of experience for other Ecommerce employee) in a leadership role within the eCommerce or marketplace industry,
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans for online marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of the apparel industry, including current trends, consumer preferences, and sourcing channels.
- Deep knowledge of marketplace operations, including seller management, product assortment planning, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
